I adore this story.
This guy saved this tiger when he was a cub, and eventually released him into the wild. Later, after he grew up, the guy came back to visit him. He was told that he would not remember him, and would possibly be hostile towards him. However, when the tiger saw him, he ran up and jumped up on his hind legs and gave him a huge hug, purring and nuzzling him.
Of course, I may have bits of that story wrong - I read it a long time ago. But that’s the general gist of it. :) I love stories like that.
